Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist working with secondary-age students in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time position begins August 10, 2026 and runs through May 28, 2027, providing you with the chance to make a meaningful impact over the course of the school year. You’ll be based near Goshen, IN, with a preference for onsite collaboration with students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
  • Experience working with elementary and/or secondary school-aged students is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation, goal setting, and implementing intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage caseload responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and design targeted occupational therapy interventions to support educational outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with education professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide direct therapy services onsite to students, focusing on functional skills, sensory processing, and motor development
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and parents regarding strategies to enhance student participation and success
