Real Estate Attorney

Job Duties Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill Legal's client, a Tax Counsel Services Firm, is seeking an attorney with real estate or transactional experience for a part-time temporary assignment, ranging between 10-15 hours per week. The role will support transactional matters and involve occasional legal research on taxrelated issues connected to deal work, including Affordable Housing, Mixed Use Finance, or Tax-Exempt Financing, and Non-Profit tax-exempt application filings. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing. Candidates must also be comfortable working remotely and concurrent employment is permitted with this assignment. Responsibilities: Support transactional matters Conduct research on tax issues related to transactional work Assist with Affordable Housing, Mixed Use Finance, or Tax-Exempt Financing matters Assist with Non Profit tax-exempt application filings Requirements: Ability to work 10-15 hours weekly remotely Must be admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing Real estate or transactional experienceInterested candidates should reply with a Word version of their resume.
