Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Saint Paul, MN. This role offers an opportunity to manage a full caseload of complex injury cases within a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Advocate zealously on behalf of clients. Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and other pre‑trial matters. Develop case strategies and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Draft pleadings, briefs, appeals, and other litigation documents with precision. Represent clients in various court settings. Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients. Conduct legal research and analyze cases to develop effective litigation strategies. Interpret laws and advise clients regarding their legal rights and options. Handle potential client intake calls and maintain proactive communication with clients. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management. Attend team meetings, strategy sessions, and conference calls. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field. Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Licensed or able to become licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota. Strong background in personal injury litigation with demonstrated trial experience preferred. Ability to manage a full caseload independently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal issues. Willingness to travel for court appearances within a multi‑state region. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain licensure.
