We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew while working alongside them in the field. This isn't a position for someone who wants to stand back and supervise. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can set the pace, maintain high standards, and help their crew succeed. What You'll Do: Lead and work alongside a crew of 2+ landscape maintenance team members Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other routine landscape maintenance Operate commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and related equipment Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality standards are met Train, motivate, and provide direction to crew members Ensure company safety procedures are followed on every job Communicate with management regarding scheduling, supplies, and client feedback Accurately complete timesheets and job completion records What We're Looking For: 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience 2+ years of experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or similar landscaping leadership role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a crew Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Knowledge of plant materials and seasonal landscape care is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Why Join EarthScapes? $19-$23/hour based on experience Up to $25/hour may be considered for highly qualified, career-minded professionals Consistent, year-round employment Healthcare benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) with 3% company direct contribution Company-wide profit sharing incentive bonus Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Quality tools and commercial-grade equipment Established company serving Coastal Virginia since 1996 At EarthScapes, our motto is "Making the world look better one yard at a time."
