Required Experience & Skills
• Previous MIG welding experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read and follow specifications, work instructions, and production requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and shop practices
• Ability to maintain production pace while delivering consistent quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies
• Fabricate and repair products according to production specifications
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, penetration, and overall workmanship
• Support fabrication operations and assist with additional production tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company welding procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / fabrication environment
• Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, metal materials, and shop conditions
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive motion, and PPE compliance
