Community Association Manager

Job Description
The Community Association Manager is responsible for understanding and enforcing the governing documents of a Homeowners or Condominium Owners Association. They perform routine inspections, follow up on violations, address Homeowner's questions and/or concerns, handle inquires regarding the Association and are the liaison between the Board of Directors and the Homeowners. Real Estate background is helpful but not required. We are looking for a licensed CAM but will train and pay for licensing for the right candidate. Must have excellent time management skills, reliable transportation and be able to multitask in a fast pace office environment. Good computer skills, customer service and communication skills are a must.
