What is needed for this job as our Kid Zone Team Member: Age 15+ Have experience and comfort working in child care - does not have to be professional Have a willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y Are able to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided) The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Kid Zone Team Member: Maintaining a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to play and learn Engaging with children to maximize their experience Vigilantly monitor the children and their environment Prevention of risk, bullying, and misbehavior What you can expect: Support from an amazing team which includes training you on expectations Opportunities to learn & grow at the YMCA Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger Great members to work with every day!
