Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked international law firm seeking a 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Boston office on a hybrid basis. This is a strong opportunity for a litigation associate with experience in complex commercial disputes to step into a sophisticated disputes practice handling substantive litigation work from discovery through trial preparation. The Opportunity The associate will support complex commercial disputes across both plaintiff and defense oriented matters, taking on key aspects of the litigation process including discovery strategy, case development, motion support, trial preparation and broader matter management. The role is suited to an associate who wants hands‑on experience within a sophisticated commercial litigation practice while working closely with partners and senior lawyers.
