Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Preferred CPR certification. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 0-1 years of experience.
