Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory TherapistWe are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in diverse healthcare settings and a strong passion for patient care.Key Responsibilities:Provide respiratory therapy to patients in various care units, including willingness to float to the NICU as needed.Administer treatments and therapies to improve respiratory function and comfort.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapies provided.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.This position is located in central Michigan's upper peninsula, in the largest community of the area.
