Equipment Operator

Position Equipment Operator – Fence and Guide Rail Construction (Pennsylvania) Responsibilities Operate construction equipment including truck‑mounted drills and post driving equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and other equipment as required. Perform fence and guide rail installation work. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Load, unload, and transport materials safely. Follow all safety regulations, job‑site procedures, and project plans. Work effectively with crew members and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience operating construction equipment. Demonstrated experience operating truck‑mounted drills, post drivers, skid steers, and mini excavators. Ability to work safely on active construction sites. Valid driver’s license required. CDL is a plus but not required. Schedule Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Night shift work on occasion, as required by project needs. Compensation Minimum pay rate: $23.00 per hour. Maximum pay rate: $28.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
