Overview
Travel Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech needed for OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine imaging in Burlington, VT. Start date: 09/24/2026 for a 4-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,954 to $3,194 per week with no guaranteed hours. Day shift (8-hour) with weekends on an as-needed basis in a hospital setting. This temporary assignment is through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN ultrasound examinations, including routine and detailed fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, BPP, MCA Dopplers, UMB, and 1st-trimester assessment; conduct GYN or early dating OB scans as needed.
- Handle imaging for multiple pregnancy scenarios; twins count as two scans and may adjust daily patient volume accordingly.
- Conduct additional studies as indicated, such as pelvic scans, sonohysterography, and HyCoSy, within scope of practice.
- Document findings and attach images in the EPIC EMR within the last 2 years of system use; ensure accurate and timely charting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other care team members; communicate clinically relevant results and recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards.

Requirements
- Active VT license at time of submission
- ARDMS credential with OB/GYN specialization
- BLS certification; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification or Equivalency
- Prior travel experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN/MFM ultrasound experience; large teaching hospital experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work on-site at a hospital setting; reliable transportation advised (public transit may be limited in the area)
