Warehouse Lead / Office ClerkWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead / Office Clerk to oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting administrative and shipping functions. This dual-role position serves as a key liaison between warehouse personnel, drivers, customers, and office staff to ensure the efficient flow of products, accurate inventory management, and timely shipping and receiving activities.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on warehouse experience. This position requires the ability to lead warehouse associates, coordinate dock activity, process shipping documentation, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with forklift operations when needed.Key Responsibilities:Receiving: Assign dock doors to drivers as they check in. Coordinate staff to unload in a timely manner.Shipping: Assign dock doors to drivers as they check in. Check staged orders for accuracy. Process paperwork and perform shipping procedures as detailed in our SOP.Backup Support: Operate forklift from time to time to cover operations when workload is high or staff is short due to PTO.Warehouse SOP: Maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company policy.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse leadership experience.Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.Strong communication and organizational skills.Experience operating sit-down electric forklifts and pallet jacks.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.Comfortable standing or walking for long periods.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with RF equipment.Knowledge of transportation regulations.Knowledge of OSHA regulations.Skills:Leadership and team managementShipping and receiving operationsInventory management and cycle countingData entry and recordkeepingForklift and material handling equipment operationProblem-solving and decision-makingTime management and multitaskingCustomer service and communicationMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyWarehouse safety and OSHA compliance1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
