Receptionist Every other weekend

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring CNA Receptionist to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a CNA Receptionist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team while also assisting with patient care. This is a part-time opportunity that requires every-other-weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate individuals or departments

• Receive and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail as needed

• Provide information and directions to visitors, guests, residents, and sales representatives

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room

• Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel

• Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules and regulations

• Monitor visitor access and sign-in process

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and maintain route publications

• Prepare and process correspondence for the Administrator and department directors as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work every other weekend shifts

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
