We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in building a successful acquisitions business within the Long Beach luxury real estate market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with property owners, discovering potential investment opportunities, negotiating transactions, and developing relationships that lead to consistent business growth.

You will focus on identifying properties with acquisition potential, reaching out to owners, understanding their real estate goals, and creating opportunities through strategic prospecting and consistent follow up. With access to coaching, established systems, and experienced professionals, you will strengthen your ability to evaluate properties, recognize seller motivation, and turn conversations into productive appointments.

As you develop your acquisitions expertise, you will gain valuable exposure to luxury properties, investment strategies, property valuations, contract negotiations, and the transaction process. You will also learn how to build a network of investors, homeowners, and real estate professionals who can become valuable sources of future business throughout Long Beach and nearby communities.

• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

• Generate acquisition opportunities through prospecting and outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify potential seller needs
• Maintain consistent follow-up using established systems and processes
• Evaluate opportunities alongside experienced real estate professionals
• Participate in coaching, training, and daily lead generation activities

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
