We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow their presence in the luxury market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity combines hands on coaching, consistent accountability, experienced leadership, and access to active opportunities through the Zillow Premier Flex program.

You will work with prospective buyers and sellers, respond to incoming opportunities, schedule consultations, and build relationships through timely and consistent follow up. The focus is on helping you become more effective at turning conversations into appointments while delivering the level of communication and service expected by luxury clients.

Alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will gain practical insight into lead conversion, client consultations, property presentations, negotiations, and long term relationship building. Ongoing coaching will help you improve your sales approach, strengthen your daily activities, and create more opportunities for repeat and referral business.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

• Work with active buyer and seller leads generated through the Zillow Premier Flex program
• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Schedule and attend property showings and client appointments
• Negotiate offers and contracts while providing a high level of client service
• Maintain accurate records and follow up within the CRM
• Prospect daily to generate additional business and expand your pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to improve conversion and client experience
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing strategies
• Participate in team coaching, training, and accountability meetings
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Self-motivation and drive
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Great communication and social skills
• Past sales experience is preferred

• Real estate license required
• Comfortable with lead follow up and consistent prospecting
• Professional presentation and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Experience with buyer and seller representation is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate technology is a plus
• Motivated to succeed in the luxury real estate market through consistent daily activity
