Legal Operations / Paralegal

Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Legal Operations Specialist on behalf of an international non-profit organization. This position will oversee the business operations of the legal team. Responsibilities will include calendaring and scheduling, coordinating insurance matters with stakeholders, managing legal systems/resources, processing invoices, notarizing documents virtually, monitoring compliance, conversing with outside resources, managing legal review processes and the Contract Management System, and handling registration documents.

This position offers the unique opportunity to build expertise in the rapidly growing field of Legal Operations.

Location: Remote.

Starting Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Three (3) plus years of related experience working in an in-house legal department as legal operations specialist, paralegal, or Legal Assistant.
• Experience working for a non-profit organization a required.
• Experience working for an international organization supporting multiple time zones is desired.
