Job Description

Identify and source new business opportunities across multiple product lines and target markets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Qualify leads, engage decision makers, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships. Support trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist with product sampling, inventory coordination, and customer onboarding activities. Communicate customer needs internally and help facilitate collaboration between commercial and technical teams. Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound prospecting activities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Motivated, self-directed, and eager to grow within a sales organization
