PIT Compliance Specialist Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a PIT Compliance Specialist! We're looking for a PIT Compliance Specialist to join our team in Durham, NC. If you're passionate about warehouse safety, compliance, training, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to help drive a world‑class safety culture while supporting one of the largest trading card manufacturing operations in the world. Location: Durham, NC Schedule: Full‑Time, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You'll Do Develop and maintain PIT safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives Partner with operational leaders to create, administer, and improve PIT training and certification programs Conduct routine audits and observations of PIT operations to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations Identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, and operational risks and implement corrective actions Issue, track, and maintain PIT certifications, licenses, and expiration records Investigate PIT‑related incidents and near misses and support root cause analysis and corrective action plans Facilitate safety meetings, workshops, and training sessions focused on PIT operations and warehouse safety Analyze operational and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Collaborate with warehouse, fulfillment, and operations teams to improve safety performance and operational effectiveness Support continuous improvement projects and warehouse safety initiatives What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, safety compliance, continuous improvement, or a related field Experience supporting PIT operations, training programs, or safety initiatives preferred Experience working within an ISO‑certified environment preferred Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics processes Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Management Information Systems (MIS) Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment How You Will Be Successful Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with PIT regulations, company policies, and best practices. Building Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with operational leaders, warehouse teams, and stakeholders to drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
