Job Summary
Join our top-producing Maryland real estate team! We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Buyer's Agent to guide clients through the home-buying process. We provide the administrative support, mentorship, and high-quality lead flow you need to close deals.
Tired of spending more time on paperwork than helping clients? We equip our agents with world-class CRM technology, transaction coordinators, and a proven system to streamline your daily workflow. Focus on what you do best: converting leads, showing homes, and negotiating contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Leads: Follow up with inbound buyer leads and nurture relationships.
- Consult & Show: Guide buyers through needs assessments, property tours, and open houses.
- Negotiate & Close: Write and negotiate offers, manage transactions, and partner with escrow/title/lender.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching/script practice sessions.
What You Need to Succeed
- License: Active and unrestricted Maryland Real Estate License (or ability to transfer).
- Drive: A hungry, coachable, and "go-getter" mentality.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and basic tech/CRM proficiency.
- Experience: 1–3 years of residential real estate sales or a strong proven sales background.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
