Requirements Valid Life and Health insurance license. Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership. Strong track record of building and managing professional networks. In-depth understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics in Maryland. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in standard agency management systems and digital office tools.
