We are currently hiring for the position of Contact Center Agent at our Hunt Valley, MD location. The compensation for this position is $18.50 per hour, with possible opportunities for overtime.The Contact Center Agent II is responsible for handling customer communications and service requests across multiple clients, communication channels, and technology platforms. This role requires the ability to quickly adapt to different client requirements, processes, systems, and customer needs. Agents may be assigned to inbound calls, outbound calls, or a combination of both, depending on business needs and client requirements. The successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a strong customer-focused approach.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer CommunicationHandle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls.Respond to customer inquiries through assigned communication channels, which may include phone, email, chat, or other digital platforms.Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, status updates, missing information, issue resolution, and other client requirements.Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate and professional assistance.De-escalate difficult customer interactions and escalate issues appropriately when needed.Multi-Client & Multi-Platform SupportSupport multiple clients with different processes, procedures, systems, and service expectations.Navigate multiple software applications and platforms simultaneously while assisting customers.Learn and apply client-specific procedures, scripts, workflows, and service requirements.Transition between client accounts and responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business needs.Service & Account ProcessingProcess customer requests accurately and efficiently using the appropriate client and internal systems.Review and update customer account information.Enter detailed and accurate notes documenting customer interactions and actions taken.Apply appropriate disposition codes and follow required documentation procedures.Verify information and follow established processes to protect customer and client data.BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL SETS)Multi-platform proficiency: Proven ability to manage dual monitors and switch quickly between 3–5 software applications.Fast-paced adaptability: Experience working in high-volume environments (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, telecommunications).Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a knack for professional chat and email etiquette.Typing speed: Minimum of 40–50 WPM with high accuracy.Multitasking: Ability to type, talk, and navigate multiple software windows at the same time.Technical Literacy: Comfort using CRM databases, live chat tools, and phone routing systems.Communication: Clear verbal and written skills with active listening.Adaptability: Managing high-volume stress and shifting company policies\nCompany DescriptionThe Amynta Group is the parent company of PDP Group.
