This is an opportunity for a strong operator to take ownership of a restaurant with leadership support, improve sales and staffing, and build long-term stability in a lower-cost market. This restaurant needs leadership consistency and sales momentum. We want someone who can build culture, accountability, and guest experience. We have an assistant manager in place who has years of experience and who will be a strong support to the GM. This is a chance to take over a restaurant where your leadership will actually matter. Ownership understands the business needs improvement and is committed to supporting the right GM with staffing, operations, and development.

Here's how the process will go:

1. Recruiter screen
2. Ops leader interview within 48–96 hours
3. Stage at the restaurant with the team
4. Final decision quickly, 7-10 days

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen and FOH activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen and FOH personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Benefits

• Monthly bonus potential up to $15K annually
• 4-6 weeks training based on candidate's experience
• $55k-$60K base salary
