General Summary The Delivery Specialist II, under supervision, is responsible for assisting in the processing of in-bound and out-bound mail. In addition to mail processing, this position assists patrons in purchasing postage, mailing parcels, delivering parcels and other various duties of a mailroom assistant. Responsibilities Process in-bound and out-bound mail. Assist customers with postage and package pickup. Office and clerical duties. Maintains 100% compliance with timely completion of required System, University and job-specific online training courses. Necessary Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) year clerical experience. Must be able to complete required USPS training.
