What You Will Do As the Regional Director , you will provide leadership to the team responsible for delivering installation projects safely, on time, and profitably while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Sales, Branch Operations, and Commercial teams to grow Installed Services throughout your region. Drive operational excellence by improving project execution, profitability, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and key performance metrics. Build strong relationships with customers by resolving escalated issues and delivering exceptional service. Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, make informed business decisions, and continuously improve performance. Travel throughout your region to support your teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational consistency. Makes sound business decisions using data and operational insight. Can balance customer expectations with business objectives. Builds strong partnerships across Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams. Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Has a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Education, Experience & Skills: 7+ years of leadership experience in construction, installation services, or project management. Experience leading multi-site or regional operations while managing a team. Strong financial and business acumen, including managing KPIs, profitability, and operational performance. Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and understand construction processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
