Parts Sales Specialist

Jascko Corporation, South Florida's leading HVAC Manufacturer's Representative, currently has a position open for an HVAC Customer Service Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

HVAC Parts and Equipment Counter Sales Handling of Customer Phone Calls Quoting Parts and Equipment Entering orders, creating quotes, sales orders and invoices in NetSuite Assisting customers with post sale issues including but not limited to: order issues, shipping issues, warranty needs, service coordination Communicating with factories in satisfactorily handling warranty issues and claims Warehouse duties including warehouse organization, off-loading and loading units and parts with forklift Assistance with inventory as may be required Reporting to management and ownership Requirements: Administrative knowledge, experience and abilities including Microsoft Office (word, outlook, excel, etc.) Great verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an absolute plus in order to better serve our customer base Great work ethic; mature, responsible, respectful, team player NetSuite knowledge is a plus Jascko offers the following: 401k Matching Plan Job Type: Full-time 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Miami Lakes, FL 33014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr JASCKO Corp.
