We're seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with land development experience to design, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects from concept through permitting and construction.

What You'll Do

Design land development infrastructure including roadways, stormwater, drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems
Perform and review engineering calculations
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
Prepare and process permits through applicable regulatory agencies
Develop site construction cost estimates
Review and approve shop drawings and material specifications
Coordinate with clients, engineers, CAD designers, and other disciplines
Participate in client and project meetings
Support construction inspection, permit certification, and project closeout
Maintain high standards for technical quality, organization, and project delivery

What You'll Bring

Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license — REQUIRED
B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university
5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
Experience with ICPR and/or ASAD preferred
Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office experience
Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills
