Your typical day will involve: Researching prospects: Proactively identify and evaluate potential clients in the target market through outbound calls, prospecting, and social media channels. Engaging leads: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings. Building relationships: Reach out through personalized communications, including calls, emails, and social platforms, to spark interest and connect with potential customers. Guiding the sales process: Build trust, establish credibility, and maintain strong connections as you guide leads through the sales journey. What You Bring to the Table: At least 1 year of sales experience. Proficiency in both German and English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A knack for presenting value propositions, addressing objections, and building rapport with clients across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions effectively. A collaborative attitude, comfortable working with sales teams and other departments to achieve shared goals.
