Supervise clerical and support staff, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Provide guidance, training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new administrative staff. Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operational demands and department goals. Analyze workflow processes and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Complete, prepare, and distribute reports, forms, and other administrative documentation. Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor office supply usage and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Serve as a liaison between the Pathology Lab and other departments to promote collaboration and communication. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Must Haves High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience working in a Pathology Laboratory or Medical Laboratory required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
