Senior Patient Services Specialist - Heart and Vascular

Overview Senior Patient Services Specialist in our Heart & Vascular team provides critical front‑office support, coordinating complex scheduling, guiding patients through their care journey, and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience. Responsibilities Serve as a key resource for patients and caregivers. Coordinate complex scheduling and guide patients throughout their care journey. Provide compassionate and seamless patient experience from start to finish. Resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Orient, train and mentor new caregivers. Participate in departmental initiatives and workflow improvements. Required Qualifications 3 years of medical office or related healthcare experience, or 2 years as a Providence employee in a PSS position. Compensation Pay range: $25.73 - $39.36 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
