HR Assistant

Pay Rate: $24.48 per hour
Location: Tulsa - in office

Manpower is currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Management Team within a Retirement Services environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time while providing exceptional customer service to retirees, employees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR management team and Retirement Services department.
Calculate retirement benefits and prepare related reports, including monthly payments, refunds, and benefit statements.
Assist retirees and members by answering questions and providing information regarding retirement services.
Support committee, board, and authority meetings through scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive employee and retiree information.
Organize, compile, and accurately record data and documentation.
Ensure departmental processes and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Deliver professional customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, human resources, retirement services, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications such as excel
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
