Area Therapy Advancement Manager (Frontier Region) Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Area Therapy Advancement Manager to lead electrophysiology marketing strategy across nine western states. The role involves managing a regional team, aligning commercial initiatives with field sales, and expanding patient access to cardiac care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Therapy Advancement Managers with performance oversight
- Align therapy advancement strategies with area leadership to drive patient treatment access
- Engage hospital administration and physician networks to advance electrophysiology programs
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness of atrial fibrillation treatments
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinate team administrative functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years professional work experience
- 4+ years leadership or management experience
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
- Experience with strategic marketing and business planning
- Ability to manage cross-functional team collaboration
