Urgent Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Software Tester (W2)

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – Onsite Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time W2

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 Annually ( gross salary, inclusive of applicable benefits)

accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Software Tester to support a large-scale healthcare and public sector technology initiative. This hybrid role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and software quality assurance/testing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Develop process workflows, user stories, wireframes, and BA artifacts

• Conduct gap analysis and support system implementation activities

• Execute manual and automated testing activities

• Perform data migration, API, backend, and database validation testing

• Create test plans, test cases, and testing documentation

• Track defects using Jira, ADO, QC, or similar tools

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams

• Support Agile/Scrum project delivery environments

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience

• 7+ years of requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Experience creating Context Diagrams and Functional Decomposition documents

• Experience with manual and automated software testing

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with State Government projects

• Healthcare/Public Health domain experience

Preferred Skills:

• SharePoint experience

• Automated testing tools (Selenium, Tosca, UFT, NeoLoad)

• Data migration and API testing experience

• Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project expertise

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite as required.
