Quality Inspector 1 Full Time ABBA Roller, Ontario, CA, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1711 Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Annually Abba Roller is seeking a Quality Inspector 1 who inspects a range of components, parts and/or products for the area assigned as prescribed by all applicable specifications and quality assurance Instructions. Identifies moderately difficult quality issues in design, process or other inefficiencies to meet quality requirements. Job Responsibilities: Conduct exams and quality control inspections on products, materials and components at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards Inspection of product for visual defects as required, such as unaided eye or some level of magnification Inspection of product for dimensional specifications using contact and non‑contact measurement equipment/Vision systems Reading/understanding part drawing requirements and specifications Reading/understanding work order/router requirements and specific work instructions Reporting and Documentation of Inspection results Review documents such as work order/router, certificates, product labels for completeness, accuracy, consistency per GMP/GDP requirements Supports inspection of incoming materials and parts from suppliers Other responsibilities as assigned Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Ability to follow established job instructions and procedures with minimal supervision Experience using standard quality inspection tools such as calipers, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply a systematic quality approach while using existing procedures to solve a range of technical issues Basic understanding measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job assignment Capable of following instructions and applying processes and procedures to standard routine tasks Must be able to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and sketches At Abba Roller, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
