Purpose The Customer Experience Colleague plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for customers. This position is responsible for greeting customers, providing assistance, supporting membership services, ensuring smooth checkout processes, and maintaining store security. The role also involves cash handling, customer service, and contributing to overall store operations.
