Med Surg Charge Nurse

River’s Edge Hospital & Clinic seeks a Med Surg Charge Nurse to lead daily operations on our medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, assign staff, and provide hands-on, evidence-based care to adult inpatients in our community-owned critical access hospital. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe transitions, accurate documentation, and excellent outcomes.
