POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the review of financial transactions, examining cash flow, assessing assets and liabilities, preparing treasury reports, creating financial forecasts, and management strategies. The analyst ensures that the company is financially efficient and operationally profitable.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Preparation of treasury reports. Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports.
• Analyze and execute day-to-day cash management transactions.
• Prepare presentation materials for the Treasury Manager.
• Advise financial operations on the movement of funds.
• Document and update treasury policies and procedures.
• Reconcile all cash activity for the organization.
• Assist with new store set-up activity.
• Manage real estate and personal property tax payments.
• Manage vehicle registrations and store licenses.
• Manage the commercial card program and assist users.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related products, Point-Of-Sale, and ERP applications.
• Proactive verbal communication skills
• Timely and thoughtful responsiveness with respect to written communications
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• SAGE experience a plus.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Four-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related degree program, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a treasury role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Operates in both an office setting and within our retail operations.
• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
• Walking, standing, sitting, listening, and talking on a wide variety and continual basis.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle and/or feel; lift/carry up to 25 pounds, and reach with hands and arms.
