Job Description

This role involves entering, verifying, and uploading billing and invoice information into customer portals and internal systems with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and upload invoice and billing information into customer portals and company systems.

• Review billing data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before submission.

• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and documentation issues.

• Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.

Essential Skills

• Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior data entry, administrative, billing, or office support experience preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

This position is based in Bethlehem, PA, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
