This role involves entering, verifying, and uploading billing and invoice information into customer portals and internal systems with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Enter and upload invoice and billing information into customer portals and company systems.

Review billing data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies before submission.

Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and documentation issues.

Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed.

Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.

Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Prior data entry, administrative, billing, or office support experience preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

This position is based in Bethlehem, PA, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Allentown, PA.
