Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to align recruiting strategies with business objectives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and success profiles Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate on-site or virtual interviews Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Extend and negotiate job offers in alignment with compensation guidelines Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring rolesPromote the company’s employer brand in all candidate interactions Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in Wholesale Mortgage arena Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements Experience with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting Core Competencies Relationship building and influencing Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and follow-through Confidentiality and professionalism Results-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Collaborative and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Mega Capital Funding, Inc.
