Location : Westminster Colorado Area - 300 + Unit Apartment Community

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm each day -

COMPENSATION: DOE $25-$26/hour - Weekly Pay

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the following field: Construction, Interior Remodeling, Handyman Contracting and Apartment - Facilities Maintenance, demonstrating experience in in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional service to residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC system inspections, and general repairs throughout the apartment community.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents and property management.
• Conduct thorough inspections of units to identify and address maintenance issues and potential hazards.
• Maintain and repair common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and recreational facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Document all maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent, in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment and communicate any restocking needs to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure and hazard-free living environment for residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or trade school training preferred.
• Proven experience in apartment maintenance, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
• Must have your own tools.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, colleagues, and management.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
