Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Filing Clerk
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Filing Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position with a company that values hard work, reliability, and being part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and take pride in keeping records and financial information up to date. This position plays an important role in helping our office run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Enter Accounts Receivable (AR) deposits accurately and timely
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices using computer software
- Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems
- Verify accuracy of invoices, deposits, and supporting documentation
- Assist with bookkeeping and general office tasks as needed
- Help maintain accurate records and support daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
