Customer Service Agent Part-Time
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. PT Internal Tuesday - Friday 15:15 -20:15, Sat 10:00 - 18:00, 2035 Taylor Ave Louisville Co 80027 FNLA Station
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Pay: 22.30-31.11
