In-House Counsel

We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held commercial real estate investment and management company seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial real estate attorney looking to transition in-house or an experienced in-house attorney who enjoys being closely involved in the business side of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, property management agreements, and related real estate documents. Manage legal aspects of commercial property acquisitions and dispositions throughout the transaction lifecycle. Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Support corporate governance and ongoing real estate investment and property management activities. Collaborate across departments to facilitate transactions, resolve legal matters, and support business objectives. Coordinate with outside counsel as needed. What We're Looking For 2-5 Years experience, Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Florida Bar membership required. Experience in commercial real estate law, ideally within a law firm or in-house environment. Strong hands-on experience with commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease drafting and negotiations. Ability to independently manage real estate transactions and provide practical legal solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership. High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
