What Would You Do as a Maintenance Mechanic As a Maintenance Mechanic at PMG Master Holdings LLC, your day will revolve around keeping our manufacturing equipment and support systems operating safely and reliably. You will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a range of plant equipment and components. This role includes a strong mechanical core, but it also requires comfort with the electrical side of equipment. On any given day, you may be: diagnosing mechanical issues on production equipment replacing or repairing worn parts troubleshooting motors, relays, switches, breakers, and electrical components assisting with wiring‑related issues and verifying proper equipment function supporting hydraulic, pneumatic, and general equipment repairs documenting maintenance activities and repairs accurately You will work closely with other technicians and team members to identify equipment problems, minimize downtime, and implement practical solutions. You can expect a role that is hands‑on, physical, and varied. Some days will be routine PM work, and some days will require troubleshooting under pressure when equipment goes down. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a manufacturing environment, willing to get dirty, and able to work across mechanical, electrical, and equipment‑maintenance needs without needing everything to fit neatly into one box.
