At Ideal Tridon, whether it's the performance of our products or the responsiveness of our service, connections are at the heart of what we do.Job Summary:Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.Schedule: Monday - FridayShift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pmEssential Functions of Job:Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMust pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISOGood dexterity to quickly handle small partsAccuracy and attention to detail is requiredAbility to lift 30 lbs on regular basisAbility to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear.
