Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and keeping a facility running safely and efficiently? Schedule: Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM Every other weekend: Plant checks Training: You will work day shift for the first few months to complete training and get familiar with the facility before transitioning to the regular swing shift. What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to keep operations running safely and reliably Troubleshoot sensors, switches, push buttons, and other automated equipment Perform basic inspections and repairs on refrigeration systems Complete preventative maintenance on material handling equipment, including conveyors and other powered equipment Use hand and power tools to diagnose and repair equipment Use welding equipment and cutting tools when needed Operate lifts and other equipment to safely access and maintain equipment at heights Document maintenance, inspections, and repairs in the appropriate systems Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to facility leadership Follow all company and regulatory safety standards What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of maintenance experience or trade school experience , preferably in mechanical, building, MHE, or refrigeration maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision Basic computer skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working at heights and using lifts or other equipment to access elevated areas Comfortable working in cold storage environments that can reach -20°F , with company-provided PPE and freezer gear Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Willing to work the required weekend rotation Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels Why Join Us?
