Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• The Senior Accounting Analyst will support month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform variance analysis and investigate accounting discrepancies
• Analyze financial data and identify trends or inconsistencies
• Lead or support process improvements, system implementations, and special projects

Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience (real estate/property management preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles (CPA a plus)
