Treasury Management Specialist

Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance The Treasury Management Specialist will perform a variety of functions to ensure the efficient operation of the area in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Responsible for setup and review of online banking profiles for clients as well as product training and troubleshooting, reviewing, and completing reporting requirements. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting in wire operations, and client operations. Will have shared responsibility for daily workflow and process improvements. Must have the ability to work flexible hours I.E., between 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on-site. Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for daily tasks assigned by Management. Tasks should be completed according to policies and procedures. Set up commercial treasury system access to approved product with the appropriate permissions. Perform Customer Training related to consumer and commercial online banking for new products and as needed or requested. Compile and track appropriate product agreements, resolutions and setup forms for products sold and communicate with customers concerning outstanding documentation needed. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Reset customer passwords or user lockouts using appropriate identification methods. Review Daily Reports from the Wire and Treasury Systems Perform daily positive pay review and processing requirements. Prepares Necessary Monthly Reports related to treasury activities as assigned. Performs necessary Treasury Product Annual Reviews Develop, modify, and implement appropriate policies and procedures as needed. Prepare requests for audits and answer audit issues. Ensure department quarterly self‑audits are completed and issues are addressed. Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy, etc.) Provide bank personnel with information to help solicit, establish, and maintain commercial banking relationships with a focus on treasury management products and core deposit growth. Help generate a variety of prospect lists from existing customer referrals and sources and assist with analyzing customer data. Assist with the preparation of written proposals, RFP responses, and comparative analysis via internal systems for relationship manager/officer to utilize in presentations. Assist in ACH Processing, ACH Disputes, ACH Originations, ACH Non‑post, and ACH Returns Assist wire operations department as needed with general tasks, including but not limited to processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers, review and completion of daily reports, customer inquiry and wire investigations. Assist client operations department as needed with general tasks, which may include account maintenance, stop pay processing, new account reviews, debit card maintenance and reports, exception item maintenance, check returns and adjustments. Meets established goals. Track referrals, identify opportunities for providing additional products or services to customers, and follow‑up with relationship managers/officers on outstanding items. Complete all required compliance and internal educational classes on a yearly basis. Perform duties related to the Bank Secrecy Act under the guidance of the BSA Officer. Other duties may be assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Bank products, services, and Branch operating policies & procedures. Utilize technology to solve root causes of issue and to eliminate manual processes. Strong sense of urgency. Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are essential. Education and Experience High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in or related field, preferred. At least 3-5 years of related experience required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
