Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. They evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in line with organizational standards. Based in the Float Pool, the RN offers versatile care across settings such as Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care, floating as needed.
